I had a great stay here while vacationing in Georgia. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I could rest well. The owner was polite, friendly, and helpful. The guesthouse has a lovely view over the city, and it's close to the center, just a short walk from the historic sights.

We were there August 17th to 20th, and the owner made us feel very welcome and looked after us well. There was lots of space, a fully equipped kitchen, everything we needed and more, and beautiful views. It has a homey feel. I recommend it if you like the old southern neighborhoods. The neighbors can be noisy, but that adds to the charm, like the local flora.

Roman was a wonderful host and told us plenty about the area's history and nearby sights. And special thanks for the exquisite wine. The place felt just like home, with a cozy atmosphere, lovely views, a beautiful garden, and adorable dogs. I came away with only good impressions of the trip. Everything was top-notch, and we'll definitely come back.

I couldn't check in, so I can't really rate the hotel, though the form required me to leave a rating. I booked through Booking.com, and the owner initially invited me to get in touch with any questions. A couple of days later, he asked me to cancel because his current guests had extended their stay. Luckily, there were still four days before our dates. He was polite and friendly in his messages, but this kind of situation matters in the service industry, so I wanted to share what happened.
