I came to check the place while searching for somewhere to stay long term. Seeing sixteen beds packed into one room was shocking, and the employee didn’t make me feel welcome. When I spoke with a guest, a staff member behaved as if I should leave. The rate was poor compared with other hostels in Vake. You can find a much better setup for a similar price by checking another hostel in the area.

I stayed for two months in May and June. At 15 lari a day, it’s good value if you’re traveling on a budget, though the room has sixteen beds, just a tiny window, and no AC. Each bunk has an American outlet and its own light. The bathrooms are clean. There used to be a washing machine, as shown in the picture, but there isn’t one anymore.

This place was awful, and the booking platforms give misleading information. There’s no proper kitchen, just a table with a kettle and microwave in a cramped space. You have to wash dishes in the toilet, and even fruit has to be washed there. The fridge smelled like something had died inside, and the staff seemed fine with it. There’s no laundry machine either. I lost three hours of my day going to another neighborhood to do laundry, even though the booking sites claim there’s laundry service and a kitchen. The manager doesn’t speak English, and trying to communicate with the staff was mentally exhausting. I was lucky another guest could translate for me. This place is trash.

Unhygienic and dirty, with a horrible atmosphere. The so-called kitchen is just a kettle and microwave squeezed into a cramped space, and dishes have to be washed in the toilet sink. The owner only seems to care about money. I’ve stayed in prisons better than this. Avoid it at all costs.
