Taberne Boutique Hotel Tbilisi

The service was a 10 out of 10, and breakfast was excellent. We had come to Tbilisi for our marriage registration and chose this beautiful hotel. It was spotless, centrally located, and the staff were so kind and welcoming. Our spacious, clean room had a stunning view from the balcony. It’s one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in together. Thank you Taberne for making our trip and event so special.

Our children had plenty of room to spend time in our tastefully decorated rooms, and there was space for all our luggage. We also booked a massage, and the masseuse was very professional. Breakfast was lovely, with a range of choices that changed a little each day. There was a pianist playing different songs while we ate, and sometimes one of the staff would sing. The hotel sits in a pleasant precinct with open streets that felt safe. It’s an easy walk to many sights, though Tbilisi has lots of hills and the footpaths can be very poor. We were close to good places to eat, including Bazari, Mussel Place, and Wine Hole downstairs. Carrefour is a block away, and the mall at Liberty Square Metro Station is a couple of blocks away. We really enjoyed our stay. The friendly staff, spacious rooms, breakfast, and location made it a great choice for singles, couples, or families needing several rooms. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Tbilisi.

I’m still at the hotel with one more night to go, sigh. The staff have been amazing, welcoming, and really helpful, and I enjoyed breakfast, especially the lovely cake. The relaxing cafe music was nice too. The location is good, with lots of cafes nearby and many places close by. But my room is cramped, and the carpet makes it feel even stuffier.

The rooms were on the small side, but clean and very comfortable, and the staff were great. I stayed here at both the start and end of my tour in Georgia. The location worked well, with pedestrian areas full of restaurants and cafes just around the corner and museums and Old Town an easy walk away. As someone used to American hotels, I thought the breakfast buffet was amazing. I’d definitely come back.
