When we checked out, both elevators were broken, so we had to carry our luggage down more than 20 floors of filthy stairs. Residents leave rotting garbage bags there, and staff didn't seem to care about the elevators being out of service, which appears to happen often. This place is a floor in a run-down residential building reworked to look like a hotel. The staff don't seem trained or concerned about guest satisfaction. When we arrived, the receptionist was smoking in front of the elevators and drinking whiskey with two friends. There was no water in the shower or sink when we got to our room. There's a water tank in the elevator lobby, presumably meant to get around the building's water supply problems, but it doesn't work properly. When water did come through while showering, it turned cold for 2 seconds every 15 seconds.

The rooms were nice, clean, and attractive, the location and view were good, and there were lots of shops nearby. I spent 3 nights here, and it was my fourth visit to Tbilisi. So far, this has been my best stay. I was especially happy with reception and the manager. I'd originally booked two nights, and they were nearly sold out, but when I asked if they could add another night, they tried their best and made it work. Everything was great.

The booking messages came with detailed photos and instructions for getting into the hotel and going upstairs, even with arrows. It sounds like a small thing, but it mattered, and even I could follow it all. The room was cozy and pleasant, with panoramic windows, a great view, a nice balcony, a comfortable bed, and a proper desk if you want to get some work done. We stayed for 1 day just to get a change of scenery and have some time alone, and I don't regret choosing this place at all. They upgraded my room for free when I arrived, and the bathroom had huge floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows. I've never had such a fascinating trip to the toilet))) The administrators were absolute sweethearts, smiling and ready to help. The service was at a high level. They gave me a glass of wine at check-in, which felt so welcoming. I was really pleased and felt welcome here.

The room was clean and the location was good, with a Shatafa (Shatafa) in the bathroom. It's an apartment on the 20th floor of a building, rather than a hotel, but it was very easy to reach. The mattress wasn't very comfortable.
