The neighborhood is very quiet, and it's an easy Bolt ride downtown. We could also walk to the big church. Rooms were clean with great views, and the staff were friendly and spoke English well. Breakfast was average. As Europeans, we had a great experience from booking right through to checkout.

Breakfast was good, and the staff seemed genuinely sorry when they apologized. Still, there was a water outage during our stay, the rooms are tiny, and they couldn't meet almost any of our extra requests.

I loved the terrace and its amazing view over Tbilisi. Sitting there was my favorite part of the stay. The hotel has a cozy feel in the rooms and corridors, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and ready to assist. Lots of attractions are within walking distance, too. I hadn't expected much because the price was a little lower than nearby hotels, but Tbilisi Story Hotel exceeded my expectations. There were a few small downsides: breakfast got repetitive, the rooms are small, and it could be a bit noisy at times. None of that was unbearable, and the room size mattered less since we were out exploring all day. For the price, it was still a great deal. I'd love to return.

The rooftop views of the city are stunning, and the prices are great. Rooms were clean, staff friendly, and I had an amazing stay in Tbilisi. Highly recommend!

We were there for three nights. The room was decent, though small, but I didn't like the stay. The location isn't good for families, and breakfast wasn't great. Service was akdu (1/10): the staff didn't seem to want to work. When we asked for bread or fruit, they made faces. Hospitality felt like zero, except when it was time to pay. Choose carefully.
