The rooms themselves are good, but the booking was a mess. I was with friends and we booked four rooms for four nights. After we’d paid for three rooms, the person at reception told us the fourth room was available for only three nights. I feel like she did this on purpose. We were left without a room for the last night, when she should have been clear so we could all stay for the full four nights. If four rooms weren’t available for all four nights, they should have told us that. I feel cheated.

This isn’t a five-star hotel, maybe two stars at best. The staff were rude, and the breakfast wasn’t worth what they charged. The area is very noisy too. If your room faces the main road, which stays busy around the clock, sleeping is impossible.

The location is the one good thing, but it doesn’t make up for the stay. Breakfast felt like a rip-off, and the staff were rude and unprofessional. In the rooms, the road noise was unbearable, the smells were disgusting, or the air conditioner was useless. A terrible experience and a complete waste of money.

We had a great time at Theory Hotel. The restaurant was super cute and breakfast was nice. The location was incredible, and we could walk to all the places we wanted to visit. Our early flight was another story: the taxi we’d booked never showed up. The reception staff kindly helped us arrange a ride and saved us from missing it.

It’s a good hotel in a great location, but the staff were unfortunately unfriendly. Our room faced the main road, so there was car noise all night, and people were banging around in the corridors at night too. If you arrive early, book the previous night. An early check-in wasn’t possible, even for half the room rate.
