Verisima Hotel

The design was right up my alley ☺️, and the three-person room was spacious and comfortable. Check-in and checkout were quick and hassle-free, with service that was on point. The price is great for somewhere downtown and close to lots of cool spots in Tbilisi. I recommend it 👏🏽

The rooms were great, clean and spacious, with a view of the TV tower and the amusement park. The reception area looked a bit shady, though check-in itself went smoothly. Breakfast was continental, with very few choices for vegans. The hotel is next to the concert hall and easy to reach by taxi or train. There's no wheelchair access.

We spent four nights here. We first booked through Booking.com, then cancelled and booked again after changing rooms, so I'm leaving the review here. The room was good and clean enough, but the walls are extremely thin. For two nights, noise from the room next door kept me awake. Staff asked them to quiet down, but it carried on. We picked the hotel because breakfast was included, but it was disappointing: the food seemed old and there was very little to choose from. We ate it once and skipped it the rest of the stay. It wasn't worth it, especially since nearby places at the same price serve proper Georgian breakfasts. There are better options in the area, and this hotel could use some improvement.

We'd booked four days for NYE two months ahead, but our reservation was cancelled on the 31st, the day we arrived. Really unprofessional, and they did nothing to help.
