The rooms are clean, the internet works well, and everything is well managed. It’s guesthouse-style, so you can use the kitchen, including a large refrigerator. The owners are very kind and shared lots of helpful information about the area, which lowered the risk of getting scammed. For a first trip to Tbilisi, this is a good-value place to stay. I’d recommend it to first-time travelers.

We booked a room with two double beds, which worked well for our large group. The room was cozy and had a real homely feel, and the owners were friendly and ready to help. There’s a shared kitchen and showers, though you might have to wait your turn. The boxer who guards the place was a memorable part of the stay, greeting people at the door. I wanted to pet him, but he’s wary of strangers and very protective. It felt like a little adventure, with comfort and quiet to come back to after a hard day.

The hosts are kind, decent people, and I’d recommend them 100%. Our room was spacious, with high ceilings and bright windows, and we slept wonderfully. Everything was clean, and we had a great, restful stay.

We needed a place near the airport because our flight was postponed for three days, and the hostess was wonderful. The place had everything for a stay: clean, spacious rooms, good furniture, air conditioning, TV, and wifi. There was a kitchen-dining room for cooking, and we could wash, dry, and iron clothes.
