Stores are close by, along with a cafe serving plenty of food, and the hosts and housekeeper are respectful. There are cameras, so the place feels secure, and if you stay longer the housekeeper can help with cleaning. Bring cash, since that’s the only way to pay. We chose a double room as a couple and it’s been good. The room itself is nice, the shared kitchen is equipped, and the price is one of the best. The different room tiers do make a difference. It’s a pretty good location, quieter than the very center. I think everyone speaks English and Georgian, and maybe Russian. I’ve seen guests from lots of backgrounds. The wooden floors upstairs might bother some people, though they don’t bother me.

The owner was very nice, and the room was tidy and clean. It was peaceful and quiet, with a shared kitchen, a private bathroom, and a big living room and bedroom. Everything was prepared nicely. The location is good, with public transport nearby. I’d recommend it.

The hostess clearly puts a lot of care into all the little details. She was attentive, responsive, and really pleasant. The room was spotless, neatly arranged, and decorated with good taste. It’s a cozy, beautiful place with a special atmosphere, and our stay was comfortable and calm. We came away with only positive impressions, would gladly stay again, and definitely recommend it.
