I was extremely disappointed by my stay. The location is great and the room was clean, but cleanliness is the minimum for a place marketing itself as world-class luxury. This hotel doesn’t live up to its claimed 5-star status, and I’d rate it a maximum of 3 *. The managing staff were unhelpful, service left much to be desired, and there’s no reception. As a foreign guest, I felt neglected. Breakfast was a letdown too, without even fresh fruit juice. It seemed more focused on making guests feel important than on providing good service. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for high luxury accommodation.

We’ve just wrapped up a wonderful trip to Naxos, and this lovely hotel was a big part of it. The view from the room was magnificent, with stunning sunsets and scenery. Inside, it was modern and stylish, with a big bed and everything close at hand. The staff were incredibly helpful and passionate about the hotel and beach bar. There are also lots of great nearby restaurants with different kinds of food. You won’t be disappointed here. Highly recommended.

Santana looked after my best friend and me so well during our three-night stay. I’ve stayed in very few rooms as gorgeous as ours, and the staff were kind, professional, and easy to talk to. We spent plenty of time relaxing on the beach, with trips to the villages and some touring in between. Be sure to try the Naxian breakfast while you’re here.

The food was delicious, and the drinks tasted great and looked beautifully presented. The hotel is right on the beach with an amazing view, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I’d definitely return and highly recommend it.
