Villa Albanis

Room 5 was on the ground floor and hadn't been fully renovated like the upper rooms, but it was decent and very clean. We had a really relaxing stay and would come again. The bed was super cozy, and there were lots of 220V sockets. The small fridge was tucked under the sink, alongside two electric hobs and a sink in a compact kitchen setup for cooking. There was also a little sofa that could turn into a bed for a third person or an adult. The property has a pool for adults and kids.

We paid €141 a night for five people, which felt fair, and had a pleasant stay. It's only about a four-minute walk to the beach, via the stairs at Infinity blue restaurant, almost next door. The people were great, and the pool was lovely, though its surface is rough. The room was cleaned very nicely every day. The water isn't drinkable, unfortunately. A grocery store is a minute away, where we got 9 litres for €2.50. The first night was also very hot. The air conditioning made one room cold while the other two stayed warm. We tried keeping the blinds closed during the day to stop the place heating like a greenhouse, but the cleaner opened them again 😀. Nights could be too hot if we came back late, since the air conditioning only works when the key card is beside the door.

We had a really nice week in a standard triple room. The villa is in a quiet area, and the room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. Some furniture and the bathroom are a little dated, but it didn't bother us since we spent most of our time outside. Everything worked, and we had free air conditioning and wifi, plus a mosquito screen on the balcony door. The staff were great and very helpful. The cleaner tidied the room daily and changed the towels and bedding once during our week.

Loucas was a lovely, helpful host. The apartments are furnished beautifully and feel cozy and very comfortable. The beach and some good restaurants are only a short distance away.
