Maria at reception made our stay special from the start. She was warm, welcoming and caring, gave us great tips for excursions around Crete, and helped us feel at home. The hotel is beautiful and good value, and the food was delicious. The staff took great care with our gluten-free meals, preparing everything thoughtfully. Our room was just a minute's walk from the sea. We also had breakfast with a wonderful view of the water, which made every morning memorable. We were really happy with our stay, highly recommend the hotel and would love to return.

Maria was wonderful from before we arrived at Ostrakon Suites. She arranged our airport pickup, checked in with us daily and shared local tips. We were there for a wedding and had a great stay. The spotless room had a lovely view of Agia Marina, a useful kitchenette and toiletries we liked. The Nespresso was restocked every day too. We only wished there were more drawers for our week-long stay. A wonderful place, highly recommended.

Our apartment was fabulous, with loads of space, a beautiful ocean-facing balcony and everything super clean. Maria, our hostess, was amazing. She helped reserve beach beds and arranged a couple of private tours we wouldn't have found otherwise. We were at play, and she sent videos explaining how to get in without any trouble. The location was perfect, with the nicest beach just steps away and lots of restaurants nearby. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for luxury close to the beach.

Thanks so much to Maria and the owner for a lovely stay. The rooms are spacious and new, and ours was cleaned perfectly every day. They also arrange free sunbeds for you at Me Gusta Bar, which is really handy. Maria is a great host, always ready with answers and happy to help with anything.

Our suite at Ostrakon Suites was brand new, gorgeous and beautifully designed. The terrace's private jacuzzi was spotless, with its water refreshed regularly. Maria was a lovely host whose warm welcome made us feel at home. We can't wait to come back!
