THE WAVE TWIN VILLA 1 KATHISMA BEACH Lefkada

We hardly ever return to the same place, but The Waves Villas drew us back just a year later. It was every bit as stunning the second time. The view is breathtaking, with the sea right at our feet, incredible shades of blue, and one of the island's most beautiful beaches. The villas are an absolute dream. With Hristos as such a kind and caring host, it feels like coming home instead of being on holiday. Heartfelt thanks to Hristos, we'll be back again, no doubt.

Watching the sunset from the plunge pool was one of the best parts. The view is incredible, and the villa looks even more beautiful in person than in the photos. It was spotless, with lots of thoughtful little extras that made our trip feel special. Hristos was a brilliant host, always helpful and easy to reach. We’ll definitely be back. Thanks for a great stay, from Kate and friends.

The coast path above Kathisma and the next beach was lovely for long walks through the scenery, and the beach itself is only a short walk away, about 300 m. We stayed in the one-bedroom Wave Twin 2 and had a wonderful time. The big terrace has an incredible view, a great double daybed by the pool and a large shade canopy. The pool was always just the right temperature for swimming. Inside, it felt both stylish and comfortable, with everything we needed. Hristos had left a generous fruit platter, snacks, lemonade, wine and beer, and kept us supplied with coffee and water. He was always available for questions and shared restaurant and excursion tips. Lina from housekeeping was lovely and brought fresh towels and bedding and cleaned for us. Thanks again, Lina. We’ve already booked another stay with Hristos. Thanks for being such a welcoming host!

We’d never been to Lefkada before, and it turned out to be so beautiful that we’ve now booked our third stay. The villa is just right for two, with wonderful views over the infinity pool. There’s real care in the details and the quality, both indoors and outside. Hristos and the team were incredibly supportive throughout.
