We spent part of our honeymoon here and were so glad we did. The staff treated us like family, and the restaurant and bar team made it especially memorable. Big thanks to Dimitris and Vasilis, the other Dimitri's and Vasilis, and Nick. This is the most amazing hotel in Santorini!

Pepi, the concierge, made a big difference with her kindness, advice, and help planning our time, from arranging an unforgettable boat trip to sharing local tips. The whole staff made us feel at home from the start. The restaurant team were just as welcoming and attentive, and the food was delicious. Having dinner with that view was an experience by itself. The caldera view is breathtaking, and waking up to it each morning felt like a dream. Grand Ambassador Santorini was the perfect end to our honeymoon and made our last days on Santorini so memorable. The location, food, and people were everything we’d hoped for and more.

Our suite was spacious, chic, and well equipped, with a large terrace and pool. The complex is beautiful and stylish, in a way that reflects Santorini’s typical look. We found the food outstanding, with delicious, well-seasoned dishes and lovely presentation. It’s a remarkably quiet place with stunning views of the sea and the island group. We could really relax and enjoy our time. Everyone was warm, friendly, and helpful, from the restaurant staff to reception and housekeeping. We felt welcome and valued, and would happily return. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

We visited in August, and it was the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Our room was beautiful and very clean, with an incredible caldera view. The restaurant food was amazing, and the staff were consistently kind, polite, and welcoming. An unforgettable stay.

Our Grand Cave Suites Infinity was a large cave suite with its own infinity pool. The hotel is lovely, set on a cliffside with villas and suites in cave rooms. Getting around can be tricky in places, but a call to reception brought a buggy to collect us and take us to the restaurant, reception, or front gate. We got on really well with the pleasant, charming staff. The restaurant was first class and the food excellent, and the reception team were friendly and welcoming. They were happy to arrange reservations, boat trips, and vehicle hire. One of the very best hotels we’ve stayed in, and easy to recommend.
