A special thank you to Vicky at reception, who was always friendly, professional, and ready to help, 24/7. Her service made the stay even better. The whole team were fantastic, from the breakfast and housekeeping staff to room service. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and willing to help. At Kalestesia Suites, staff helped us with everything we needed, including car and bike rentals and medical assistance. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santorini. I’d definitely choose to stay here again if I return.

We had a wonderful mini honeymoon here, with a romantic, peaceful atmosphere and a team that went out of their way to make us feel welcome and special. Everything was handled with care and warmth, from the delicious food to the incredible service. An unforgettable stay, highly recommended.

We loved our honeymoon here, and the view from our room was out of this world. The hotel sits high up on the peaceful south side of the island, tucked away with an almost 360-degree view. Inside, the room was pristine, thoughtfully designed, and very comfortable. I especially liked the shutters on the windows and windowed doors, which we could open or close from inside depending on how much privacy we wanted. Even the shower had great water pressure. Each morning, we looked forward to the delicious homemade breakfast, prepared just for us and served on the communal terrace. The cooks and servers were extremely kind and hospitable. I’ll recommend this stay to everyone I know. Maybe we’ll come back someday.

Friendly staff, good value, and an enjoyable stay overall. Some suites are in a second building, down a 50 metre descent at a 30% gradient that ends in unlit stone steps with uneven spacing. A torch is highly recommended after dark. Inside those suites the lighting is fiercely bright, with no separation between the bedroom and living areas, so a torch may be handy there too. The jacuzzis use sunshine to heat the water, so if a building shades one, it may not get as warm as you’d like.

We felt really well looked after, thanks to the gentleman we communicated with and the whole staff, who were kind, helpful, and professional. The room was cleaned every morning, and everything was spotless. Breakfast was fresh and tasty with plenty of choice. The location was peaceful, with breathtaking views, and the pools and private jacuzzi made it even more relaxing. An unforgettable 10/10 stay, highly recommended!
