The room smelled unpleasant, and we found two large cockroaches inside. The shower was cramped, and breakfast was poor and exactly the same every day. We had booked what we understood to be all-inclusive, but at the end they said it was only full board and charged us for drinks. They showed us the tickets on our last day without having told us we needed to pay on the first day. The man was rude during our holiday. It was noisy at night and again in the morning, so this isn't a place to choose if you want to rest. Our first trip to Santorini was not a pleasant stay, and I can't recommend this hotel.

The staff were polite and cheerful, and someone cleaned the apartment and left fresh towels every day. It was a pleasure staying here for five days. There’s a market about 30 seconds away, a pharmacy a minute away, and a good restaurant nearby. Thank you!

The location was the one drawback for me, but we still had a very good stay. The owners were extremely kind and helpful, the room was kept clean, and the shower and bathrooms were good too. It's a pretty nice hotel, and the Greeks are nice people!

We went back to eat there again and again because the food was so tasty, and the fresh orange juice was spot on. We had come across the place while walking from where we were staying, and it immediately felt welcoming. The family who ran it were lovely, attentive, and happy to adapt the food to our tastes. We became friends with them, so leaving felt sad. They're hospitable and down to earth, and I'd choose to stay here next time I'm back in Santorini.

We were especially happy to find a peaceful village with traditional houses and a little castle, plus restaurants, supermarkets, and small shops nearby. Buses and rental cars make it easy to get around the island, and the prehistoric site in Akrotiri is within walking distance. There's so much history here, it feels like going back in time. George and his lovely family made our second stay comfortable and homely again. They were so pet-friendly that they let us bring our second cat, Locky, and even arranged for the room to be cleaned each morning while we took him with us to breakfast. Locky had fun too, and thanks you! Our room was upstairs, with a balcony overlooking the bougainvilleas and the lovely pool. We liked it so much that we didn't go to the beach this time. The room was simple but nice and comfortable, with a suite and air conditioning, which you need in Greece in summer. The buffet breakfast was tasty, and you could eat indoors or outside in a warm, inviting atmosphere. Thank you, George, for making our stay in Santorini incredible once again.
