The owner was one of the kindest people I've met in Alexandropolis. It's a wonderful place. Without a car, the location feels a little far from the center, though the beaches are outside the city anyway. If you're driving, five minutes doesn't make much difference.

For 40 euros, the price is fair. The rooms are spacious and clean, although the hotel clearly feels old. If you're after a room only and don't expect too much, it's a reasonable choice.

We'd come back here. The view of Samotraki island is excellent, and the room works well for parents and children. The accommodation was clean and tidy, the pool suited both kids and adults, and the galley had everything needed to cook something quick.

For 35€, excluding breakfast, it's a very nice hotel and apartments. The apartments have a living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and a balcony with a sea view. The staff are friendly and speak English.

The owners are nice, but the place just doesn't have it for me. It's too far from town, the rooms weren't as clean as they should have been, and maintenance overall is poor. I'd rate it 2.5.
