The location made things easy, with the beach, restaurants, and cafés nearby, and private parking was a real convenience. Mrs. Anna and her husband greeted us so warmly that we felt at home right away. They were always kind and ready to help. She even made us a homemade cake to enjoy in our room, then gave us handmade loukoumi for the trip home. Such sweet gestures, and lovely memories. A place with genuine warmth and hospitality. We highly recommend it!

It's very clean, the breakfast is great, and the beach is close by. Being a bit away from the city center means less of Herakilion's noise and fumes, which is nice. Getting there by local bus takes time, though, so it's ideal if you have a car.

This family-run place feels cared for in every detail, from the luxurious scents when you walk in to the hosts' helpful answers, especially useful if you're visiting the country for the first time. Booking online was quick and easy. The atmosphere reminded me of the best European hotels. Anna Studio is right by the sea, just steps from the beach. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. An amazing place in this beautiful city, highly recommended!

The owners are lovely, and the hotel is very clean and in a great location. We had a great stay. One tip: Expedia seems to have trouble passing reservations along, so choose pay at the property and confirm your booking directly with the hotel. I highly recommend it for a fantastic vacation.

A great place with plenty of parking on site. It's away from the busy city but still very close by car. Fully recommended!
