Seashell Studios

The building's a bit old, but it's functional and clean. The owner is nice and available, and the rooms have splendid sea views. The beach is excellent, with free loungers and umbrellas, and there's a clean restaurant bar with tasty snacks and quick meals.

Right on Argassi beach and in the heart of town, Seashell Studios couldn't be better located. It's family-run by a mother and daughter who do everything they can to make your stay comfortable. There are only ten studios, so they book up quickly, but the price is very reasonable. We've stayed several times and recommend it to all our friends visiting Argassi.

We spent nine wonderful nights at Seashell. The room had everything we needed, and Roula and her family were lovely hosts. Our balcony looked out over the sea, and most days we spent hours on the sunbeds under the umbrellas, reading before stepping into the water for a swim or snorkel. There's a reef full of life right outside Seashell studios. If pools are more your thing, there are three nearby bars and restaurants, each with a pool you can use. They're mainly busy during the day, so it was quiet at night, except when the Elvis impersonator was on! There are lots of restaurants and bars within a five-minute walk, plus a couple of supermarkets. The bus stop is very close too, with buses to the central bus station, where you can catch one to the airport, or along the coast. We'll definitely return.

I've been here several times. Lovely people, nice rooms, and a beautiful view. Right by the sea, and I feel at home whenever I'm there.
