Loom Athens

We had to leave earlier than planned because of the 2-day taxi strike and because we were travelling with a child. The neighbourhood also felt a little dodgy after dark. LOOM Athens isn't in the city centre, though the metro is a six-minute walk away. Inside, it was modern and comfortable, with spacious rooms and a balcony. Self check-in and check-out were smooth, the staff were great, and breakfast was fantastic. It was a good short stay and a comfortable modern base in Athens.

The room at Loom was stylish and really comfortable, and the hotel itself is beautifully designed. We spent a long weekend there and found it very relaxing. It's an easy 20 minute walk to Athens' touristy center. We loved our stay and would highly recommend it.

We liked the balcony and found the staff friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is provided, and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants within an easy walk, as well as the Metro. The hotel feels very modern and is in a good location. I'd recommend staying here in Athens.

Breakfast is fine if you just need something so you aren't starting the morning on an empty stomach. If it's the most important meal of your day, I'd go somewhere nearby for more. The room, with its double bed and balcony, is huge and comfortable; the bathroom is a bit dark, but the shower is great. There's a mini fridge, smart TV, kettle, coffee machine and safe. Check-in and checkout are self-service, which I found quick and easy. The hotel is incredible, easy to find and well located. I definitely recommend it.
