We added a few nights in Chania and found this lovely hotel at the last minute, a really nice surprise. Vassilis was attentive and quick to respond whenever we had questions or concerns. The room was beautifully finished in a modern style and had good amenities, including cooking utensils, salt, pepper and even olive oil. We enjoyed starting the morning and ending the day by the pool, then sitting on our room balcony with takeout and chatting in the evening.
Kanso Rooms was peaceful, relaxing and very clean, just right for a week away as a couple. Our host was warm and welcoming, which made the stay even nicer. There were also lots of adorable cats around, adding to the charm. Highly recommended for a quiet getaway.
We felt at ease from the moment we arrived, and really appreciated that the place welcomes pets. The location is just outside the city center, near the main roads, so we could avoid the center's crazy traffic. Communication with the host was excellent and everything went smoothly. I'd happily stay again and recommend it.
We stayed a week and are already planning another trip. The staff were friendly and helpful, and our room and the other facilities were cleaned really well every day. I especially liked that the hotel welcomes pets and looks after stray animals. I can only recommend it!
Vassilis was a fantastic host, and we learned a lot from him about the cats on the property. We’ll definitely come back. The area is peaceful and quiet, the rooms are spacious with comfortable balconies, and everything was very clean. Room service was friendly and helpful too.
