The staff are what made our family holiday memorable. Everyone worked hard to make us feel cared for, especially Yakyuth and Despoiua, whose kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail really stood out. We happened to check in on the hotel's first day open and were impressed by the elegant design, beautiful rooms, and excellent amenities. We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Chania Old Town Resort & Spa and would recommend it to anyone visiting Chania. We hope to return.

We're staying at the Hilton Chania Old Town Resort & Spa right now, and have been having a great time. The modern hotel is beautiful, with lovely sea views and a relaxing atmosphere, close to Chania Old Town. Our room is excellent and the facilities are top quality. The team has been warm, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. Everything seems designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chania.

I only visited the Hilton roof garden, not the hotel itself. It sits in a great spot between the historic Old Town and Nea Chora, with beautiful panoramic views. We had a fantastic evening there, with fresh, delicious sushi and lovely cocktails made with care. The service was quick, polite, and very professional throughout. A wonderful place to relax when you're in Chania, and highly recommended.
