Mrs. Elpida was super nice and gave us lots of good recommendations. We stayed at her Villa Hope in Mournies in October and can only recommend it. Thanks to her for having us. The accommodation suited us perfectly, with three bedrooms and plenty of space. The living and dining area was comfortable, and we enjoyed relaxed breakfasts there. After our many day trips on our mountain bike Crete vacation, the terrace was a lovely place to unwind. It’s close to the highway feeder road, but we didn’t hear traffic, and the location made it easy to get around. Mournies is a pleasant place that isn’t very touristy, with a bakery, butcher and small stores.

The villa was beautiful and luxurious, and the host was welcoming and ready to help with whatever we needed. The price was very good for what you get. I highly recommend it.

I had a wonderful holiday in this superb apartment. I was there for four days two years ago and had a great time. It’s a shame the weather wasn’t very good at the end of May/beginning of June. There are lots of lovely places to see, including the mountains and pretty towns.

A really nice villa with all the amenities you need, and a very friendly owner.
