Breakfast had Greek, North American, and European options, and the little bathtub worked well for travelling with our 7-year-old. Our clean room also had a balcony with a lovely view. The hotel is right in the middle of this small town, with Delphi about a 10-minute walk away. Highly recommend.

The location is hard to beat, and the friendly front desk staff made us feel welcome. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel is good value for money. Breakfast came with the stay, which was a nice surprise, though it could use a lot of improvement, especially in a country with such good food. Even if you skip breakfast, Kastalia is still a good-value place to stay in Delphi.

We never got to stay at the hotel, but the way they treated us was wonderful. During our trip through Turkey, the Greek Islands, and mainland Greece, my wife's mother passed away, so we cut the trip short and went back to Australia. The hotel offered heartfelt condolences, and there were no problems with cancelling or getting a refund, unlike with other hotels. We're grateful for their kindness and hope we can finish our journey and stay there one day. Thank you.

The back patio is a lovely spot for breakfast or happy hour, and the staff are great. For the price, both the location and service are terrific. The hotel is a little dated, with an old TV and doors that don't close easily, but it's perfectly nice for what it is.

Breakfast on the terrace comes with a superb view, and it's satisfying without being excessive. The rooms are clean and spacious, the hotel is easy to reach, and the staff are welcoming and helpful. It's also well placed for the ancient site, about a 10-minute trip away, and good tavernas such as Dion. Parking on the street is free and easy. One drawback: there isn't a gluten-free option for a vegetarian. It was surprising to find underfloor bathroom heating in the middle of summer.
