Villa Dakoronia

The host was kind and flexible, and you’re close to everything in Fira. The views, tub, and outdoor space are amazing. There are two good-sized bedrooms, two bathrooms, a washer, AC, a private plunge pool, and another deck with views for days. People even stopped outside the gate to take sunset photos.

We had a really happy holiday here, even though it was winter and very windy. The scenery was beautiful, the location convenient, and the room lovely. The owner was very nice too.

We enjoyed our stay and thought the location was great. The house has a beautiful view, and the friendly host welcomed us warmly and answered all our questions. The only drawback was the walk from the parking lot, which involves steps and could be difficult for older guests or anyone carrying heavy luggage.

There was plenty of room here, with none of the cramped feeling I noticed at several nearby hotels. The garden and terrace were nice, and the kitchen had all kinds of appliances, though the crockery and utensils could use an upgrade, especially for four people. The mattress sagged in places and needs replacing. The top-floor steps are tricky unless you’re fit enough to walk like a penguin. Staff were fabulous, the pickup and drop-off were comfortable and well organized, and WhatsApp messages got an immediate reply. It’s next to a small church, faces the ocean, and has sunset views right from the balcony, plus a hot tub with a pretty view. You can walk to Fira centre and Imerovigly.
