They kept in touch with us on WhatsApp from booking through checkout in case we needed anything. The service was the best I've had, and the room's location was great. One of the best hotels in Oia, with fantastic service.

A quiet stay, with friendly, helpful service and a good view. The main attractions are a bit of a distance away, though that shouldn't be a problem if you're renting a car.

I stayed at Aperanto Suites in June 2025 and paid the full €1,148 through Booking.com, including all the taxes listed there as local tax and “other tax.” At checkout, I was unexpectedly asked for another €10 per night as a “government tax.” This hadn't been mentioned in the confirmation, on the invoice, or when I arrived. The stay itself was fine, but being presented with that surprise fee left a bad impression and felt misleading. Booking.com policy and Greek regulations, as I understand them, require these charges to be clearly disclosed ahead of time. Guests deserve clear communication and transparency.

We enjoyed our stay a lot. The staff and hotel were great, and the rooms were clean and good. Breakfast was pretty basic, just normal.

Breakfast was delicious, especially with it being served right to our room. Everyone was friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. The man who carried our luggage paid close attention to what we might need, and Eva at the front desk was so sweet. She explained the island and transport and answered all of our questions. I'd definitely come back when I visit Santorini again.
