Oia Suites

The quiet atmosphere suited my mother and me perfectly, and the view was amazing. Oia is only a 10-15 minute walk along the caldera-side path, but we still had privacy from people passing by. My mother had stayed at Oia Suites before, and her praise had set my expectations high. My first Santorini visit exceeded them easily. The staff were all wonderful. Managers Anastasia and Efi were warm and professional, and noticed how much I enjoyed the fresh orange juice with the included, delicious breakfast. After it first came in a small glass, they brought me a larger one every morning. Beebec, who looked after the pool and our individual hot tub, also brought breakfast most mornings. I used the hot tub almost every night, and he kept it hot and clean, always with a smile. Housekeeping did a phenomenal job, checking when we’d left and cleaning while we were out. The rooms were spacious and clean, and you can tell the staff take pride in their work. I can’t wait to come back.

It felt more like a five-star stay than a three-star hotel, and we’d definitely return. Oia Suites is peaceful and uncrowded, with gorgeous views. Oia is about a 20-minute walk away, or a 3-5 minute bus ride along the route. Anastasia and Bibek looked after us so well, and we really appreciated their hospitality. The staff were great throughout.

The property is excellent, and Anastasia at reception stood out for her attentiveness and courtesy. Her warmth and professionalism were much appreciated. Oya Sweets deserves all five stars.

About a 10-minute walk into Oia, so the location is just far enough out and really works.
