We were relieved this was only a one-night stay. It was the most unpleasant and unclean accommodation we’ve ever experienced. The room was tiny and felt extremely stuffy without windows. Sheets and towels looked old and were stained, and the bed dipped in the middle and was uncomfortable. The jacuzzi was in very poor shape too, with green, clearly unclean water. At check-in they said someone would clean it. A staff member later came, removed some visible dirt and debris, but the water stayed green, so it seemed it hadn’t been properly changed. My boyfriend’s younger brother stayed in another room and noticed similar problems, including a slight moldy smell. In the morning before checkout, a worker entered his room without knocking or giving any notice. That was very disrespectful. HORRIBLE!!! do not recommend!!

Danae helped arrange a catamaran tour, which was awesome, and gave us great food recommendations. She really turned a good stay into a great one. The staff were great, and the location is amazing, right on the caldera in the centre of Fira.

The staff were super helpful, the workers friendly, the beds comfortable, and the viewing area was good. The location is great, though people stand right in front of you because the hotel is on the opposite side of the sunset sidewalk. The room was very small with no window, and the bathroom ventilation was poor, leaving a musty smell. The hot tubs are in an open area and aren’t private.

Danae was extremely helpful and made our stay really pleasant. The hotel is in a very convenient spot, with lovely restaurants nearby.

The nightly sunsets are right in front of the place, and it’s very close to lovely cafes and restaurants. Denae was always there when we needed something, replying quickly and helping us with taxis, sights to see, and places to eat.
