Our three-day wedding stay at Erosantorini made the celebration unforgettable, and the place will always be special to us. Nicholas and his team were gracious hosts and took care of every detail, from housekeeping onward, making everything feel seamless. We especially loved the fresh family-style breakfast each morning. The setting is breathtaking, with panoramic caldera views above the infinity pool and beautifully designed spaces that felt like a dream.

I photographed at Erossantorini and found it an inspiring place for both weddings and scenic shots. The staff were attentive and professional, handling event details smoothly. They also helped arrange transport for a sunrise shoot and suggested secluded places to photograph. The gardens were carefully kept and offered a peaceful spot for celebrations after a ceremony, while the caldera made a memorable backdrop for vows. The infinity pool sits at the caldera’s edge, seeming to blend into the cobalt Aegean. Sunset reflections and swimmers silhouetted against the horizon gave me plenty to capture. The rooms and suites have wide views of the Aegean Sea and volcanic landscape. Their understated interiors, balconies, and terraces made appealing settings for couple portraits, especially in the golden light at sunrise or sunset. The hotel combines luxury with natural scenery, and I’d recommend Erossantorini to photographers looking for a beautiful place to work. Its accommodations, pool, wedding setting, and hospitality made for a captivating experience.

My husband and I spent three nights at erosantorini, and I’m very late writing this. The duplex room was immaculate and felt like a modern home of our own. Breakfast was homemade and delicious each morning, served with a view of the water, and the staff went out of their way to help. My husband really wanted to watch the Liverpool game, so one staff member called around until they found a cafe in a nearby town that promised to show it, even though the Premier League clearly wasn’t a priority there. When our flight was canceled and we needed an unplanned extra night, they kindly offered us a discounted rate, though we didn’t end up staying. I can’t put into words how amazing it was. I won’t stay anywhere else from now on. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!

The meals were some of the best we’ve ever had. We’re foodies, and the culinary team, including chef George, paid attention to what guests wanted and created food beyond what we could have imagined. Courses sometimes ran to four, five, or six, and every detail showed. Nicholas was a wonderful host, with hospitality that’s set a high bar for future vacations. We stayed in a one-bedroom suite in mid-October and woke each morning looking over the caldera and the beautiful infinity pool. The estate, furnishings, amenities, food, and tranquility impressed us at every turn. It’s tucked behind a gate overlooking the caldera, with barely a hotel sign in sight. It felt like a once-in-a-lifetime stay, though we’re already trying to work out how to come back. For five-star service and amenities in Santorini, EroSantorini exceeded what we wanted.

I went to a wedding there. It’s super luxurious, with a great venue and amazing views.
