Our room (9) was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a private balcony and a gorgeous sunset view right in front of us. From there we could see the caldera, Nea Kameni, Thirasia, the Karavolades, the Old Port, Firostefani, Imerovigli, Skaros Rock, and Oia. We stayed three nights in the first week of May and had a wonderful time. The hotel sits right on the cliff, so there are plenty of stairs, but the caldera view is worth it, and the bus station is quite close. Breakfast was nice. The day before, we chose from a menu and told them when we wanted it served the next morning in the shared area. Everyone we met was very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the reception guys for their Greece tips and for helping us reach our next hotel when we couldn't get through to it.

The view is so amazing that photos don't do it justice. Rooms were clean and luxurious, and the service went above and beyond. If you want to watch anything that isn't in German, bring a USB device such as a Fire Stick to plug into the TV. But with that view, you may not need the TV.

We were amazed by the view, and the included breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Since we were going to miss it for the Fira to Oia hike, the team even made sandwiches for us to take along. We spent two nights in a double room that was much bigger than it looked online, then upgraded for the last night to a suite with a private jacuzzi. It was more than worth the extra cost, which I think they could double for that room. If you can spend even one night in it, do. The whole team at Keti gave us exceptional service and a wonderful stay. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

A small, quiet boutique hotel in a great location, with a lovely atmosphere and pool. The windows are double glazed, so the room stays very quiet. The fridge is a good size too, handy for stocking up on drinks from the mini mart. Gianni and the staff gave excellent service. Thoroughly recommend this hotel in Santorini.

Argyris, Tania, and Yiannis made things easy with all their help, and Argie gave us a great rundown of the nearby shops and area. Thanks as well to Testso for hauling our bags. Kati Hotel was clean and felt safe, and we'd happily stay there again in Santorini.
