Nomikos Villas

We stayed about six nights for a birthday trip, and from the first night the staff made us feel like family. They were so warm and helpful, and we had a lot of laughs hanging out with them at the bar. Shout out to everyone, especially Giga, a living legend. The rooms were perfect for our little family trip, cleaned impeccably, and it was nice seeing couples and friend groups there too. The view was wonderful every day. It’s walkable to the main areas, and transport is nearby if you want to get to the other ends. We’re 1000% coming back. 💕💕💕

Breakfast on our own private terrace with a jacuzzi, looking out at the gorgeous Caldera seaview, was a dream. The sunset was amazing too. Olga and Giga were awesome, so friendly and helpful, and the location was good. We fell in love with the place and would happily return. ❤️

The location is amazing, close to central Fira, and we had a small room that was still more than enough for two. Olga, the site manager, and the support staff were wonderful, friendly, and accommodating. I wasn’t comfortable with the number of security cameras on site, though. The owners should remove them, as I didn’t like feeling watched with my daughter. Still, it’s a great place and I highly recommend it.

The staff were amazing, and the view was spectacular. The villas were functional, but they don’t live up to the advertised “Lavish, Stylish and loaded with all mod cons.” There were seven kitchen cupboards and not a single glass, so it felt like a waste of space. We had to carry every glass, spoon, and cup up three sets of steep sloping steps. Some of that space would be better used for clothing storage. The bathroom was tricky too, just a basin with no vanity space. A double shelf behind the door for clean towels and toiletries would be a good first improvement. Santorini has plenty of steps, but you really need to be comfortable with lots of sloping ones at these villas.
