The location is spot on, with the beach very close and the shopping street about a ten-minute walk away. The room was a good size for a couple, and the balcony had plenty of space, including somewhere to hang swim shorts and towels. The people working here were friendly, helpful in every situation, funny, and very professional.

The hotel was clean and quiet, and we had a nice air-conditioned room. There’s a wonderful pool, a good breakfast, and a cozy swim-up bar with friendly service. The staff are happy to answer questions about the area and suggest places to go out. Renting a car for two days costs only €80, and you can see a lot of the area that way. We’ll definitely be back.

Breakfast was a real highlight, with fresh fruit every day. The pool bar had great mixed music 🤘, and the staff were lovely, always smiling. Everything was clean and good. A really nice family hotel.

The pool and bar were fantastic, and breakfast had a little something different from one day to the next, which we liked. It’s a small hotel close to the beach, and whenever we needed help the staff were kind and ready to assist. One small suggestion: it’d be handy to have the hotel’s email address listed somewhere so I could send a picture to Manos :)

The whole team put in so much effort day and night to keep everything in order, and the service was excellent. Manos and Maria deserve a special thank you. This was our first visit to Gouves, Crete, and our two-room booking at Naiades Hotel turned into a fantastic holiday. We’ll definitely come back!
