Mrs. Irini Kouraki at reception made a real impression on us. She was professional, always cheerful, and ready to help, which made us feel comfortable and welcome. Our renovated room at Hotel Olympic Heraklion was modern and spotless, with everything we needed. The hotel has a warm, friendly feel and sits right in the city center. We'll definitely stay at Hotel Olympic Heraklion again when we return to the city.

The rooms were spotless, the air conditioning worked well, and the staff were top notch. The hotel is in a great spot on the west central side of Irakleio, surrounded by restaurants, shops, wine bars, and cafes.

Don't miss the terrace on the 6th floor. The location is prime, and the staff are friendly, dedicated, and respectful. Breakfast has something for almost everyone.

The location was great, with the port and nightlife an easy walk away. But the room was very small, and the photos made it look much better than it was. We also weren't keen on the breakfast.

We sometimes heard noise from the street, depending on the people outside, and from some other hotel guests. The location was excellent, right by buses to the airport and Karteros Beach. The Venetian walls, the port and fortress, bars, restaurants, and little shopping streets were all close by. A special thank you to the reception team, especially the man who helped us plan trips around the island. The excursions weren't too expensive, and the tours left us enough time to explore each place on our own. Ask at reception for the catalog.
