Villa Kerasia

A beautiful villa in quiet countryside, ideal if you want to avoid touristy places. You'll need a car and be happy to drive a bit during your holiday. Breakfast is generous, and the host, Babis, is helpful with recommendations.

One of the best places we've ever stayed, and incredibly good value. Babis and the team were so friendly and accommodating, the property was beautifully cared for, and the home cooked meals were delicious. Our comfortable room had a stunning valley view. We couldn't recommend it more highly and will come back to Crete just to stay here again!

This place was an oasis of beauty and relaxation. My girlfriend and I loved it, and it was the best stay in an already really good holiday in crete. Thanks for the hospitality, and warm greetings from Berlin. The villa's outdoor area is beautifully put together, and the pool fits right in. We especially liked the pomegranate tree. The rooms were delightful and never too hot, thanks to their generous size, especially on the first floor. Breakfast had everything we needed, whether you prefer vegetarian food or meat. The area is very quiet and a bit outside the cities, but with a car you can explore all around, from Iraklio to the south. Owner Babis was helpful without being imposing. If you're interested, he explains the history of the rebuild. The other villa workers were helpful and very attentive too.

Babis grows his own wine, and I thought it was so good. He and his staff were generous and kind, and we had so many lovely chats. My room was quiet, clean, and well equipped. Breakfast was fantastic, and dinner on my first night was delicious. He even arranged a birthday cake for me. I loved my stay and will definitely come back.
