The plunge pool was lovely, though it wasn't fully covered, and the terrace was beautiful. Inside, the villa had everything we needed, including the cave-style interior and bathroom that gave it the island feel I wanted. Breakfast was great, with Greek options, and receptionist Mr. Micheal gave us lots of generous guidance and advice for exploring. I spent months looking for a Santorini hotel for our 20th anniversary, and Altana won me over. Imerovigli sits between Oia and Fira, so it felt peaceful while still having the things we needed nearby. The views from both sides were breathtaking, with white buildings and little rock scenery. Thanks to Altana for giving us such a memorable experience.

Everything was handled for us, from transfers between the airport and port to dinner bookings, welcome drinks, and wine when we left. Marios and Christos, the owners, knew the island well and suggested great places to go while helping us avoid tourist traps. Everyone was so welcoming and professional. We had an incredible stay at Altana this summer and will definitely come back. Highly recommend it.

Breakfast arrived on our terrace each morning at the time we chose, and the room was bigger than we expected, comfortable, with a lovely terrace, private pool, and amazing view. The owners were friendly, knew the island well, and were happy to help with whatever we needed. We spent four nights at Altana and it was a perfect short break. One small suggestion: the website could make it clearer that our terrace wasn't private and could be accessed from another room. It wasn't a big problem and didn't spoil our stay. Thanks, Altana, we'll be back.

Our Cliffside Villa had what I think was the best view in all of Imerovigli, absolutely beautiful. Breakfast was gorgeous and brought to our room each morning at the time we'd arranged. We first booked for our July 2020 honeymoon, but the pandemic meant we could only travel this year, now with our six-month-old baby boy. The staff made the room as welcoming and comfortable as possible for all three of us, which we really appreciated. They also booked a car for us for a couple of days and advised us on places to visit. It was easy and efficient to communicate with everyone before and during the stay, even when our flight was delayed and we got in at 2:30 a.m. We've never experienced this kind of kindness and hospitality. Thank you to everyone at Altana Cliffside Villas.

The staff are super friendly and ready to help with tours, transfers, or whatever else you need. Breakfast was awesome, and the little bar is really nice too. Altana Villas is a picture-perfect place to stay in beautiful Santorini, whether you're hiking and sightseeing or just relaxing and recharging. Five stars, no question.
