Breakfast was fresh, made to order from a set list, and the rooms were clean and spacious. The caldera and sunset views from our room were unforgettable, and there’s a free, safe parking lot about a three minute walk away. Sunny Villas Hotel made for an incredible four days, from check-in through checkout. Our hosts were helpful and kind, and Andreas, Irini, and Helena made the stay feel even more special with their warmth. Such an underrated hidden gem in Imerovigli. I’d highly recommend it.

We loved the views and our room was just right for us. Sitting outside it each morning for breakfast, looking out at the scenery, was something we looked forward to. We spent four nights in Santorini at Hotel Sunny Villas and can’t say enough about the staff. From arrival to checkout they were wonderful, helpful, and so hospitable. The location looked exactly as pictured, and the views were amazing. Loved it!

We liked our stay and the views, though we did have a couple of problems. One night the power went out because of the wind, and on another the hot tub was scalding with no way to adjust the temperature. The hotel is in Imerovigli, which makes it pretty easy to walk to Fira and Oia. The bus back from Oia costs about €4. Breakfast was provided each morning, and the staff were nice and helpful with luggage and arranging taxis.

Breakfast was brought to our room every morning, and the staff were friendly and helpful with recommendations. The private pool just outside our room let us relax while watching spectacular sunsets. I really think we had the best room in Santorini, with an amazing view of Skaros, the Volcano, and the rest of the island. Absolutely amazing. If we return, we’ll stay here again.

Alex at reception was so friendly and helpful, and gave us lots of good ideas for things to do on Santorini. He showed us two rooms and let us choose the one we liked better. There are several decent restaurants within walking distance, too. The views are spectacular, and the hotel is quiet while sitting roughly halfway between Fira and Oia.
