This place is easy to confuse with Artemisia Vilas, but it’s different. It faces the mountain’s “second side,” with an amazing view, though it isn’t the hot spot tourists are usually looking for. The apartment was spacious but very poorly equipped, and the spring bed was terribly uncomfortable. There’s no pool, which is a big drawback when visiting this side of the island, even if that may make sense given the price. In my view, all the other accommodations in the area have one, and the beaches are too far away. It’s a nice place overall, but leaves a lot to be desired.

Maria and Mario were lovely hosts, and the apartment was spacious and spotless. The terrace was a great place to unwind with a beer, a glass of wine, or a morning cuppa, all while taking in spectacular island views. Highly recommend.

From the terrace there’s a beautiful view across Imerovigli, Firostefani, and Fira. Our room and the bathroom were both spacious and clean. Finding the hotel was a little difficult, especially back when it wasn’t marked on Google Maps. For the same price, it’s a good balance between quality and cost.

The terrace gives you a full, beautiful view of the Santorini Caldera, and the rooms are large, clean, and very nice. Staff were kind and helpful, and the price is reasonable. It’s well placed in Imerovigli, about a 20-minute walk from Thira, with a supermarket nearby, a restaurant just around the corner, and plenty of lovely places to explore. There’s no pool, but that’s why the price is lower. If you’re on a budget and want a great view and very good service in Santorini, this is a great place to stay.

The staff were friendly, and the view is beautiful, though don’t count on seeing the sunset. Our room also didn’t match the one shown in the photos.
