The room was cold, with air coming in through the door, and hot water took far too long. The towels were dirty, there were no hand towels in the bathroom, and staff said they had no extra slippers when we asked. We picked this hotel specifically for its outdoor heated jacuzzi, but it was completely unusable during our stay. Staff insisted it was working properly and refused a refund. Charging for a facility that guests can’t use, then blaming the weather, is unacceptable. The service felt very poor and unprofessional. I absolutely don’t recommend this hotel.
