Zenith Blue Traditional Houses

Breakfast was good and the staff were nice, but in the mornings the room service team cleaning the floors sent dirty water from another room onto our feet while we sat on the balcony. It was a nightmare trying to enjoy the view quietly. The infrastructure is old for what the hotel costs, and it doesn’t have an infinity pool with an ocean view. This was my second time on the island, but I won’t come back here. It felt like a waste of money.

George made us feel at home from the moment we arrived, gave us such a warm welcome, and helped with absolutely anything we needed. The service was fantastic, and breakfast each morning was delicious. We stayed at the Zenith Blue hotel last summer and had an incredible trip. The views of the calderas and ocean from the pool and our patio were stunning. We’d go back in a heartbeat and definitely plan to in the coming years.

The view after sunset was amazing, and the food and cocktails were all delicious. Cocktail prices seemed standard, and the food prices did too. But service was bad. Nobody paid attention to us, cocktails took 35 minutes and food took 50. The restaurant wasn’t full, yet staff kept mixing up the dishes and bringing the wrong ones. At least the food and view were great. We never found great service anywhere we went on this island, whether a meal for two cost 70 or 200€. I’d come here again.

The service was excellent, and breakfast was pretty good with lots of options. We had room 111, which came with its own amazing jacuzzi, and the location had one of the best views on the entire island. The room itself was really tight, though. There was barely space for the bed and our luggage, but we made it work.
