Hotel Glaros

Glaros is quiet and close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The pool was very clean, though smaller than I expected and in the shade. Breakfast was very good, but the coffee machine wasn't available until 8 am, so we had to go to the beach for our morning coffee. I'd recommend this hotel if you want a nice, quiet break.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were attentive. Nicholas stood out with his friendly smile and did everything he could to help and explain things so we'd have a better stay. The cleaning lady was kind as well. We had booked two separate beds, then pushed them together and put a blanket in the gap. She noticed while cleaning and added a mattress pad to fill the space. I really appreciated that thoughtful touch.

The mountain view was beautiful, and the hotel is ideally placed in Kamari. Staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast had plenty of good options. The room was okay, with a modern bathroom and pool, but the bed was very uncomfortable. We reported a drain problem and it was sorted quickly. I'd come back.

A lovely family-run place in a nice part of Kamari, with spacious, basic rooms and a wonderful breakfast. It was great value and I'd definitely return. You do need a car, though parking can be a challenge.
