We ended up leaving and paying for another hotel ourselves. After looking at other guest comments, it seems other people have described similar experiences involving dirty rooms, promised refunds that never arrive, verbal abuse, and no accountability. We had booked through Booking.com. The first room was visibly filthy and fell short of basic hygiene, so we reported it straight away. They moved us to a second room that was in even worse shape. Staff wouldn't clean either room, refund us, or offer a discount. Instead, they told us to leave and said the manager would refund us the following day. We received nothing. We also overheard staff speaking Greek and mocking us to other guests or locals, calling us “malaka,” a vulgar insult meaning “idiot.” That felt completely unacceptable and unprofessional. This was a deeply upsetting stay. The hotel was dirty, dishonest, and disrespectful, and I wouldn't risk staying there.

Georgia was so kind and helpful while I was there, and the area is lovely too. The entertainment shows were great. Brilliant hotel, almost a mini resort, and a brilliant stay. It would be perfect for families and artists. Highly recommend!

We were so disgusted by the bed that we packed up and left in the middle of the night. Both sheets had large black stains when we pulled them back, and there were bleach marks on the couch too. At check-in the employees had been rude. We called reception but got no answer, then contacted Booking.com and were told they couldn't do anything. Five days later, neither the hotel nor Booking.com had responded. The worst customer service ever. I'd give negative stars if I could.

The mattresses were really nice, and the view was good too. But the place was dirty, including the bathroom, and the sheets hadn't even been changed after the previous guests. The bathroom layout had problems: the toilet was right in front of the shower entrance, there was no floor drain, and nowhere to hang the showerhead. It was also very noisy.

The owners were very friendly, and the food and breakfast were good. The place is quite far out, though, with not much to do nearby. Room service wasn't good and the cleaning was terrible. There was no reception at night either. They should put a phone number somewhere visible so guests can reach someone in an emergency, like I needed to.
