Minos Beach Hotel

The owners were friendly and very helpful, and our room was exceptionally clean with daily cleaning. The balcony had amazing ocean views. Breakfast was enough for us, with bread, cereal, cake, instant coffee, juice, Greek yogurt with peach slices, boiled eggs, tomatoes, butter, and marmalade. The shower was small, but we didn't mind, it's a standard Greek shower. We'd definitely stay here again.

It's a lovely little hotel in a great location. Gloria at reception was very helpful and even brought us a kettle, since rooms don't come with one. Pigadia is a walk away, but it's worth it, and there are lots of lovely restaurants along the way. The beach bar, which isn't part of the hotel, was also very nice. A lovely family made us feel so welcome, especially on BBQ night. It was 15 euro each, and you could eat as much as you wanted. Fantastic 😊

The people were lovely, and breakfast was good. We stayed in July and had really nice weather. Our room was very clean and right by the sea. At night, leave the window open and you can hear the waves. We'd come back 😊

The view was the one lovely thing about this place. The hotel felt neglected, and our room was small with air conditioning that didn't work. Water from the tap was salty, so bathing in it was unpleasant. I've never come across that in a hotel before. The food was repetitive, with the same three or four dishes every day. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
