The pool was a highlight, and we spent time swimming and sunbathing there every day. I also loved working out on the yoga terrace with its beautiful views. Luca cooked a delicious dinner for everyone one evening, and it turned into a really memorable night. Sara made several restaurant reservations for us, and those ended up being our favorite meals out. My friend and I stayed in a great private room with a little kitchen and dining area, and breakfast each morning was another highlight, with generous servings and lots of tasty choices. It was my first time on the island, and Sara, Luca, and Milou were so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in planning how to explore Santorini. Caveland has a peaceful, welcoming feel and lots of Greek character. Thanks for making our first visit unforgettable. We hope to come back next year!

A quieter location, but it’s easy to walk to the bus station and town and explore other spots. The rooms are spacious, and they provide a towel. Just be aware the beds don’t have curtains if that matters to you. The volunteers were so welcoming, the hostel had a fun social feel, and the pool area was lovely for relaxing. Breakfast and the Italian dinner night were delicious. Highly recommend!

I extended my stay twice and still wished I could have stayed longer. This is one of the best hostels I’ve ever been to. The cave-style rooms are really cool, breakfast is free and amazing, and the pool speaks for itself. Shoutout to Christa for showing us around the island and keeping the good vibes going.

Caveland has a great atmosphere, fun activities, a relaxing pool, and really complete, delicious breakfasts. Veronika runs yoga classes twice a week, and we also went to a wonderful farm-to-table meal. Her husband knows the island so well as a tour guide, and our guided tour with him was a great experience and felt like a must-do. I had an amazing stay and will definitely return. Renting a quad is a great way to explore Santorini, and Caveland is also a perfect base if you want to visit islands like Milos or Sifnos.

The hostel regularly arranged dinners, movie nights, and day trips by boat, which I really appreciated. It’s especially good for solo travelers, since it’s so easy to meet people. The rooms are huge and the beds are very comfortable. Thanks to the Caveland team, Lucca, Sara, and Christa, for making my stay unforgettable. I don’t often write reviews, but this one deserves a 10/10. One of the best hostels I’ve stayed in, and I highly recommend it.
