At Sakas Residences, the hosts made us feel genuinely welcome and appreciated. They're lovely people, and guest satisfaction clearly matters to them. The peaceful, beautiful setting is close to the centre, and we felt the location was safe. Our rooms, private outdoor balconies and swimming pool were all very clean. The amenities were excellent. The hosts can recommend worthwhile excursions and help arrange everything from taxis to catamaran trips. We'll definitely come back!

We booked this Airbnb for an afternoon between checking out of one hotel and a midnight flight. It was the cheapest place on the island and only eight minutes from the airport, and we were so glad we chose it. The room was spotless, with a big bed, good AC and a large bathroom. The host left her number and recommendations, and there was a food delivery menu in the room with orders brought to the door. The pool area was spacious, with lots of modern beds and loungers. It's a quiet area without much to walk around and see, though my boyfriend walked to the beach in roughly 40 minutes. A lovely stay, and we'd definitely return.

This family-run hotel was a peaceful oasis, and we loved the thoughtful design details. The hosts were welcoming and made our Santorini stay much easier with advice about the island, plus help with car rental, transfers and restaurant recommendations and reservations. If you're staying more than two days, we'd strongly suggest renting a car, since reliable transport between villages is essential. The hosts can arrange a rental with pickup and drop-off right at the hotel. We'd recommend Sakas to anyone looking for a quiet stay.

My friend and I stayed for one day and had a lovely time. The rooms weren't huge, but they were comfortable enough for two, with beautiful interiors and outdoor space, plus a pool and sunbathing chairs. The hosts were great at explaining what to do and see. They can arrange vehicle rentals and book a cheap €10 taxi to the port. Thanks for having us.

For an affordable place to stay while exploring Santorini, this is a good choice, especially if you're not planning to spend all day in your room. It's much cheaper than other hotels in Fira, and the hosts were friendly, offering reasonably priced rides to and from the city centre. We stayed just one night before an early flight. The hotel is near the airport, and the host arranged an early taxi for us. It's close to Fira but a little away from the main street's bustle, so it feels peaceful and has a beautiful sea view. Fira also connects well to Oia and the rest of Santorini.
