Our room was delivered late and wasn’t cleaned. The reception staff treated us badly, and the overall service was rude and awful. The place was very dirty. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

The building was run-down, and our room was horrible, unclean, and nothing like the photos. The bathroom was awful and the air conditioning didn’t work. The pool, bar and meals were 100 meters away. The advertising was misleading, and the staff seemed incompetent. If you care about nice surroundings, move on and stay somewhere else.

For what we paid, we got more than expected. I’d recommend the place if you’re not after luxury. You have to check in at the sister hotel 100m down the street, where there’s a large pool you’re allowed to use. The pool at this hotel is small, so I wouldn’t recommend it. One of our rooms had air conditioning that wasn’t working well, but after a while it did manage to cool the room down. The reviews had made me think it would be a bad place to stay, but that wasn’t our experience.

I was surprised by how nice it was. The room was clean and good, with air conditioning, a balcony and good Wi-Fi. There’s a small pool, and you can also use the pool and fitness room at the nearby Karras Hotel. June was relaxed, though July and August may be rougher when it’s busy.
