The balcony view was lovely, and the apartment was very clean and spacious. Nic was such a kind host, helping us with everything and sharing useful advice. We could walk to everything in just a few minutes, and the price felt fair for the place. We enjoyed staying at Nic’s so much that we would have stayed longer if we’d had more time. I’d recommend it.

The owner's father was delightful and the service he gave us was very helpful. The room itself was basic, with a hard bed, but it was fine for one night. Nothing especially stood out.

The neighborhood is peaceful, and the apartments are clean and equipped with the basics, including a TV, Wi-Fi, microwave, and washing machine. From here you can see the upper Gulf of Leonidion and the citadel of Argos, though not the Old Town or Bourtzi, which are around the hill. It’s a good base for a week or two of exploring the Argolid, and the value is excellent. The place sits a little uphill and away from the center, so older visitors like us may want to drive down or walk there and take a taxi back.

We were welcomed with a homemade cake, and there’s private parking. From the property, we could see the town, the Fort, and the sea. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the center, and the beautiful beach is a 10-minute drive away.

The view was great, and it’s a great place to stay. Nikos was lovely and explained everything we needed to know when we arrived.
