Nikitas picked us up at the airport, which made a nice start to the stay. He replies quickly on Whatsapp, and his website with suggestions for restaurants, quiet beaches and local towns was really useful. There’s also an Oasis restaurant down the street, where we had one of our best meals in Greece. The house is stylish and clean, and its spot works well for both St. George beach and town. We were there with our kids, ages four and six, and loved the bed in the semi bedroom, with no gaps for them to fall through. They also had fun switching the decorative lights on and off. A hair straightener was a lovely surprise. Our North American straighteners don’t work in Europe or Asia, and it helped make my Naxos photos my best of the trip. They should mention that it’s included!

Nikitas and Maria were warm and welcoming, just as a friend had described after staying at one of their smaller places. We’d love to return. Communication was excellent, the port pick-up and drop-off went smoothly, and Nikitas helped us get oriented so the island felt stress free. The apartment was perfect for our family of four, with lovely design, a spotless interior and a great kitchen. It sits between St. George Beach and Naxos Town, both an easy walk away. There were thoughtful touches too, including a nice set of books and a tub of toys for young kids.
