The beds were really comfortable, and the location is fantastic, just a few steps from the beach. There’s a lovely pool too, though it closes at 7:00 p.m., which feels early on a summer day when sunset is after 8:30 p.m. Harry at the pool bar makes great cocktails, so get that Pina Colada! The one real problem was the Wi-Fi, which wasn’t working well and made routine things that need internet difficult. A beautiful place to stay on a Naxos trip.

The drinks at the bar weren’t good, the shots were short pours, and service at the beach sunbeds was poor. We found much better drinks and service elsewhere on the beaches. The location itself is excellent, right by the beach but still an easy walk to restaurants and services. Our room was very comfortable, the bathroom was amazing with its American-style shower, and breakfast was good. Breakfast service and housekeeping were excellent.

After more than 50 years in the travel industry, this is one of the worst-run hotels I’ve stayed in. Service is practically nonexistent because of the systems the staff are made to work under. The rooms that haven’t been refurbished are dreadful, badly laid out, and have awful lighting. It seems two hotels have been combined, and it isn’t working. Avoid this place if you can. Naxos has much better options.

Harpreet was really helpful with the beach service. The food and service were 5 star, and I’d recommend staying here with a family.

The manager and staff made me feel welcome as soon as I arrived. They were kind, helpful, and took care of every detail, so everything went smoothly and I never had to worry. The location is perfect, the food was excellent with plenty of variety, and the pool was always clean and inviting. I had a wonderful, relaxing stay at Naxos Resort, and I’ll definitely come back.
