The private pools and beautiful views are a big part of the appeal, and the hotel feels peaceful, elegant, and carefully put together. The staff made us feel welcome and looked after from the moment we arrived. They’re warm, kind, and professional, with a personal touch that doesn’t feel like a routine check-in. Sara deserves special thanks. She was amazing throughout our stay, answering messages within a few minutes or sometimes several, and doing her best to handle every request quickly and with a smile. Her attention and hospitality made a real difference.

Konstantina was wonderful, always available and happy to help. The service was so attentive. Our room was gorgeous, quiet, and secluded, with a large comfortable bed. I loved the Greek decor and the cozy cave-like feel. The complimentary prosecco was a lovely touch too. The private pool looks out over the sea, and the location is stunning. We had a fabulous time and would highly recommend it.

What sets Ducato di Oia apart for us is the hospitality. From arrival onward, the atmosphere felt relaxed and genuinely welcoming, and everyone was helpful and attentive in a natural, unforced way. Sara was especially wonderful: she replied quickly, was always available, and handled whatever we needed with kindness and professionalism. It felt like she was personally looking after our stay. The hotel is beautiful, with spotless rooms, lovely private pool areas, and amazing Caldera views. It’s close to everything in Oia, and waking up there each morning felt unreal. A great place if you want luxury with warmth and good energy.

There are a lot of steps, so keep that in mind, but if you’re up for them this is a perfect, romantic place for couples. We had a large room with lots of seating, a comfortable bed, and a hot tub overlooking a beautiful view that was lovely day and night. Tea, coffee, and bottled water were provided and replenished daily. Housekeeping came every day to change towels, make the bed, and empty the bins. They also provide robes, slippers, and hot tub towels. There’s air-conditioning and a dehumidifier, and you can sign into your own services on the TV. The welcoming staff were friendly and accommodating from arrival to departure, always ready for a chat and happy to help. Breakfast is ordered on the app the day before, with your preferred delivery time. The portions look small, but we found it filling. Brilliant hotel, highly recommend.

Our room was right next to the 3 domes, and the ocean view across the Caldera was breathtaking. The views were unbelievable, and the Oia location was perfect for walking to the shops. Everything about our stay went smoothly. We also really enjoyed the breakfast, which you order in advance.
