The staff made this stay unforgettable. From booking through checkout, everyone I dealt with went above and beyond, especially around a very special event I had planned. They were kind, courteous, professional and genuinely caring, and did their best to make both the event and the whole stay as comfortable and memorable as possible. The service exceeded every expectation, and I’ll never forget it. Hom Santorini is beautiful, and the amenities were excellent. The real place is even more stunning than the photos. Everything was spotless, well cared for and comfortable, and the ocean view from the room was amazing. The location was just right, a short five-minute walk to central Oia. Breakfast was sensational, generous, fresh and really high quality. A special thank you to Ellina, Kornillia, Anna, Gerasimos and MJ. They gave outstanding service and helped make the stay so memorable. A few others contributed too, and I’m sorry I can’t remember all their names, but I appreciated their efforts just as much. Thank you to the entire team at Hom Santorini for making us feel so welcome and cared for. I’ll treasure the memories, would happily return and highly recommend the hotel for a first-class stay.

We’d return to HOM Santorini in a heartbeat after our three-night stay. The rooms were immaculate, with great amenities, and the private rooms at the front had stunning, unobstructed views. Being right at Oia’s entrance meant we could enjoy them without overwhelming crowds. The staff were incredibly welcoming and kind. MJ gave especially great service at breakfast, and we loved having breakfast brought to the room too. The food was excellent every time.

Our two nights at Hom Santorini were wonderful from beginning to end. Having a private jacuzzi was the highlight, and made the stay feel relaxing and luxurious. The room was spotless, comfortable and beautifully maintained. We were also pleasantly surprised by the complimentary welcome drinks and snacks. Breakfast was outstanding, fresh and delicious, with plenty of variety. The staff were always warm, polite and friendly, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Everything was just right, and we’d highly recommend Hom Santorini for a relaxing, memorable getaway.

Cornelia at the front desk made everything easy from the moment we arrived, and Fabio at the bar and restaurant was just as memorable. His service was great, and chatting with him made the place feel welcoming. Our room had a private plunge pool facing the blue dome, a lovely spot to unwind. The hotel sits right on the Caldera, with views I never got tired of. Beautiful place, wonderful staff, and we’d love to come back.

Milen, Kornilia and the whole team made this stay one I’ll remember for a long time. Everyone was lovely and so accommodating, with service that went way beyond what I expected. The hotel and location were both superb. I can’t recommend it enough, it deserves more than five stars.
